Having worked in makeup since the age of eighteen, Tommy became a Lead Artist and traveling artist to Team Charlotte Tilbury at just 24, helping to launch her record-breaking North American takeover. He is both fortunate and privileged to have worked with some of fashion and beauty’s most acclaimed, including:

• as an independent product consultant, winning Allure’s Best of Beauty 2021 for helping to develop Meloway Cosmetic mascara.

• as a launch artist for the Makeup Museum in New York City, touring Hung Vanngo, Daniel Martin, Erin Parsons, Sandy Linter, People Mag, WSJ, Maybelline, Revlon, L’Oreal, The Makeup Show, Fast Company, and more on its premier exhibition.

• on an Allure Scorpio Beauty 2019 video, and with celebrity face yoga master Koko Hayashi on a 2020 Instagram Live, Tommy’s personal, smize “aegyo sal” makeup technique, a how-to on shaping lower lashlines for brighter, younger-looking eyes. The effect has been seen on international beauty campaigns, red carpets, film and television, and more. Tommy was also the first to showcase the Face Halo used with skincare, which was also highlighted in Allure.

• as an assistant to Lauren Parsons on the set of 125th anniversary story for Vogue with Steven Klein, featuring Joan Smalls, Lara Stone, Finn Wittrock and Trai Byers.

Today with training in over 100 brands and a focus on holistic beauty, Tommy is a makeup artist and beauty expert working in fashion and beauty, available for editorial, red carpet and private events, product and brand development, and more. He is based in New York, NY, and is available for travel.

Tommy’s debut novel The Witch’s Assistant: Bitchcraft Book 1 will be released September 3rd, 2024.
